HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE WITHIN MINUTES?

Simply visit the book now page to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

HOW CAN I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?

Simply visit the free estimate page provide information about your home, submit your quote and a staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

AM I CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT EVEN IF IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO VISIT MY HOUSE BEFORE I CAN BOOK A CLEANING?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to your house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about three minute.

ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

Yes, all cleaning supplies are included free of charge. Unless you prefer to use your own your supplies!

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement with an extra charge of $40.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your appointment notes.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA. If you don’t hear from us, please rest assure your cleaner should be there soon.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are charged once your appointment’s been accepted. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that is required to complete the service. If your cleaner needs extra time we will notify you.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

WHAT IF THE JOB TAKE LONGER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME?

Your cleaner will notify us that they need more time, and we will contact you. If you agree to pay for extra time then your cleaner will continue and finish the job.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Our Services” page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

That depends on the service type, square footage and the time. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE FREDA MAIDS CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

DO WE TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR HOME?

Yes, it is recommended for all cleaners to take before and after photos for each job they complete. We take time to view each photo to make sure that the job was done the way we train our cleaners to clean your home. As for using your photos on our google/yelp accounts, we promise not to use any identifying information. No family photos, custom decorations etc. that your family or friends would recognize.”

ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

No, customers are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies..

HOW CAN I REDEEM A VOUCHER?

Go to book now page, select your voucher type, then click continue. Now select the date/time for your service, enter your information, then on the appointment notes write your voucher number and cleaning requirements.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER UNTIL AFTER MY SERVICE?

No, your voucher will not be redeemed until we have completed your service.

WHAT IF I'D LIKE TO CANCEL MY GROUPON FOR A REFUND?

you will need to contact groupon for a refund.
